To help us fix a problem quickly, include:
- your BettRello version (shown in
chrome://extensions), - your browser and its version,
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead,
- a screenshot, if you can. Please hide anything confidential first.
Common fixes
Card numbers or list counts don't show. Reload the Trello tab after installing or updating BettRello. Click the BettRello icon and check that the feature is turned on.
The Copy button copies nothing. Wait until the list has fully loaded, then click the button again. Paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.
The wider card view looks broken. Trello sometimes changes its layout. Turn the wider view off in the popup for now, and tell us so we can fix it.
My settings are gone on another computer. Settings sync through your Chrome profile. Sign in to the same Chrome profile and turn on sync.
