Common fixes
No template appears when I create an issue.
Reload the Jira tab after installing or updating BettJira. Check that the issue type has a template on the options page. BettJira works on Jira Cloud (*.atlassian.net) only, not on Jira Server or Data Center.
My text was replaced. BettJira asks before it replaces text you typed. If you chose Overwrite by mistake, press undo (Ctrl+Z or Cmd+Z) in the field.
Formatting looks wrong. Markdown in templates is pasted as Jira formatting. Make sure each heading or list item is on its own line in the template.
I want to share templates with my team. Use Export on the options page, send the file, and use Import on each computer.
I want to keep a backup of my templates. Use Export on the options page now and then. Import or Restore brings a saved set back.
